In this episode Claire goes into labor while Charlie was in a panic mode. Claire delivered a baby boy. Kate and Jin here assist the delivery of Claire. On the other hand, Boone revealed to Jack that they have discovered the hatch telling him not to tell anyone about it. Meanwhile, Locke was missing after he returns with wounded Boone after his fall from a Cessna plane. Despite Jacks effort to save him , Boone still died. In a flashback there’s Jack wedding to Sarah, a patient with whom he had fixed after she was injured in a car accident.
